As a Lead UI/UX Designer I was responsible of the entire UI/UX production of The Last of Us: Part II.
• UI Design
• UX Design
• Visual Editor implementation
• Manage the UI/UX team
• Define team responsibilities, processes and best practices to ensure a good user experience.
• Coordinate with other teams such as game direction, game design and engineering to ensure a consistent implementation.
• Design UI focus test process for data gathering and iteration.
As the result of careful planning, the team had time to respond instead of react, identify dependencies on other teams early in the process, had more time to expose problems and find solutions.
